Instructions

  • Before starting the machine, prepare the material tank with a solution of appropriate concentration and set the initial values;
  • After normal startup, the soft oil in the solution will be absorbed by the cloth and become diluted;
  • Real-time concentration can be monitored at any time through an intelligent online solution concentration detector;
  • When the monitored concentration is lower than the user-set initial value, the PLC sends a signal to start the feeding pump, injecting the raw material into the circulation pipeline to keep the solution concentration close to the user-set value, ensuring a consistent feel for the fabric from top to bottom;
  • This feeding method is convenient, intuitive, and easy to operate, making it suitable for users who require a high level of dexterity.
